With September marking Recovery Month, a nationwide initiative to increase awareness, challenge stigma and celebrate the success of those in recovery from addictive behaviour, this will be a busy month for Outside Edge! We’re excited to be supporting Favor UK’s Recovery Walk in Crystal Palace and a wide variety of other creative health activities across London (more about how to get involved below).
Outside Edge’s schedule of activities for September provides a rich and diverse sober community to keep Service Users connected, as they have fun and build recovery capital. On top of our free weekly Drop-in services and Peer-led activities, current Service Users will have the chance to attend September Theatre Club, Death of England: The Plays, along with our September Masterclass. We never tire of seeing new participants begin their journey with Outside Edge, as Service Users realise their potential through engaging, forming friendships with their fellow participants, and flourishing through regular attendance.
From everyone at Outside Edge, we hope you enjoy a lovely September and begin the autumn with strength, compassion and connection.
