Monthly Schedule of Activities
If you are new to OETC and would like to participate in any of these activities then please register your interest here, and someone from our team will contact you.
3:00pm- Back on Track: Wellbeing Workshops (West London NHS Trust)
Each session will explore a different element of wellbeing. These will be run by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners from the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies team.
2nd August – Introduction to mindfulness
9th August – Relaxation
16th August – Improve your sleep

Please note that due to the Bank Holiday (August 30th) Edge Two will be held on Tuesday 31st August.
If you have attended 3 months of any of our Drop-In activities and would like to join Edge Two for their next module please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

12:30pm-2:30pm – Women’s Drama Group (Gemma & Charon)
1:00pm-3:00pm – Peer-led Check-in (Liam & Sue)
The chat room is open for participants to support each other or just meet up to chat about how they are feeling. Open to all participants who have attended 1 other group previously.
6:30pm-8:30pm – South London Drop-In Drama (Julia & Shiv)
